How do I place an order?
You can order all items through our online store at www.lividthorn.com/webstore/. The easiest and quickest way to pay for your order is via PayPal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal, all that is required is that you have a credit or debit card. Our website is designed to be as simple and easy to navigate as possible, all you need to do is browse through our online store, choose what you would like to purchase, select your size and your choice will be added to our integrated shopping cart. As we are located in England, the prices on our site are in GBP which is also known as Pounds Sterling. For a Currency Coversion, select your currency from the drop-down menu in the top corner of the webstore for an estimate.
How much is postage?
The postage is calculated by product weight and shipping destination. Select the relevant option from the drop-down menu on the Shopping Cart page to view the correct postage rate.
I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still place an order?
Yes you certainly can! You can pay by 3 alternative methods: cash, cheque (within UK), postal order (within UK). Cheque payments will take 7 working days to guarantee clear, when the cheque has gone through we will dispatch your order. Please CLICK HERE, fill out the form, and we will provide you with the information within 1 working day (Mon-Fri). Cash is sent at the customer’s risk and we do recommend that you send the cash recorded delivery to ensure there are no complications. When planning to send alternative payment you will also need to print and fill in an order form, which is available HERE.

I'm buying a garment for somebody for Christmas, can I exchange it if it doesn't fit?
Sure that's fine. This is our only exception for the usual 7-day returns period. As long as you mention in your exchange request email, we will be able to assist you. Please note that the product must meet our guidelines as mentioned in our terms and conditions (the product must still be in a saleable condition and cannot have been worn other than to try it on, or damaged). You must contact us within 2 weeks after Christmas to arrange the exchange.
My parents/guardians don’t like me ordering from the Internet, do you sell elsewhere, or is there a way I can prove it is safe to purchase here?
Some people are still skeptical of purchasing via the Internet, but we pride ourselves in providing genuine great service and efficient customer care. Payment through PayPal is entirely safe and secure and we do not see any card details when dealing with your order. Paypal takes care of this. Alternative payment can be further secured by sending payment to us through recorded delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment and guarantee fast friendly service.
Will you endorse or sponsor my band?
Because our clothing is exclusive, we are not looking to endorse or sponsor any bands at present. If you are talented enough to warrant a sponsorship, we will find you.
Do you offer any wholesale deals?
Yes we do, if you are interested in the wholesale of Livid Thorn then send us an email to lividthorn@hotmail.com stating your query and we will promptly reply and send you our wholesale prices.
Who owns Livid Thorn?
The co-owners of the company are Natalie Wood and Ceri-Ann Brown. We are friendly, hard working and are very passionate about what we do. Visit the About Us page for more information.
I am using Livid Thorn for my art/design/graphics project, please can I use images off your website?
Of course you can, we are always pleased to receive feedback from young designers that have been inspired by our work. We only ask that you quote our name as all of our images are copyrighted.
Can I work or model for Livid Thorn?
This is another question we get asked a lot. All of our products are designed in-house by the co-owners of Livid Thorn. We also use good friends to model our garments and therefore are not looking for models at present. If you would like to see your photographs featured on our site feel free to send us some pictures via the Pictures page, see link above.
