How do I place an order?
You can order all items through the online store at www.lividthorn.com/webstore.html. The easiest and quickest way to pay for your order is via PayPal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal, all that is required is that you have a credit or debit card. This website is designed to be as simple and easy to navigate as possible, all you need to do is browse through our online store, choose what you would like to purchase, select your size and your location and add the item to the Paypal shopping basket. As LVD is located in England, the prices on the site are in GBP which is also known as Pounds Sterling (£).
How much is postage?
Postage costs are displayed in the drop-down menu on each products page, depending on where you are located.
I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still place an order?
Yes you certainly can! You can pay by 3 alternative methods: cash, cheque (within UK), postal order (within UK). Cheque payments will take 7 working days to guarantee clear, when the cheque has cleared your order will be dispatched. Send an email to lividthorn@hotmail.com requesting a mail order. Cash is sent at the customer’s risk and it is recommend that you send the cash recorded delivery to ensure there are no complications.
Who owns Livid Thorn?

I'm buying a garment for somebody for Christmas, can I exchange it if it doesn't fit?
Sure that's fine. This is the only exception for the usual 7-day returns period. Please note that the product must still be in a saleable condition and cannot have been worn other than to try it on, or damaged. You must get in touch within 2 weeks after Christmas to arrange the exchange.
My parents/guardians don’t like me ordering from the Internet, do you sell elsewhere, or is there a way I can prove it is safe to purchase here?
Some people are still skeptical of purchasing via the Internet, but I pride myself on providing genuine great service and efficient customer care. Payment through PayPal is entirely safe and secure and no card details are seen when dealing with your order. Paypal takes care of this. Of course you can, I am always pleased to receive feedback from any students or designers that have been inspired by my work. I only ask that you quote my name as all of my images are copyrighted.
