What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal is the payment method used by this online webstore, which is fast and secure. Cash, cheque and postal order payments are also accepted. Email lividthorn@hotmail.com to request a mail order.
What countries do you deliver to?
LVD is based in England (UK) and delivers to all continents and countries for extremely reasonable prices.
How much is postage?
The postage costs are listed in the drop-down menu of each items page next to where it says "Choose Location". Each item has a different price for postage based on your location and the size and weight of the item. If you are ordering a small item along with a Sweatshirt or T-Shirt, please choose "Extra Item" from the drop-down menu to qualify for free postage on the smaller item.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving instant payment. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, so orders placed on a Friday are usually dispatched the following Monday.
Occasionally we must contact you before dispatching your order and must wait until we recieve a reply before sending it. Reasons for this may be as follows:
- If we query your order for some reason to ensure you have ordered the correct items.
- If the address you have provided is inadequate.
- If you pay via a Paypal E-Cheque which takes several days to clear.
- If you have pre-ordered an item (which would be clearly stated at checkout).
How long does Delivery Take?
Delivery within the UK usually takes approximately 3 working days from dispatch. If you are located within Europe then delivery takes around 5-7 working days, and for the rest of the world it is approximately 7 working days. Working days do not include Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
What should I do if my order is late?
Occasionally items take longer to arrive than expected. This is unfortunately beyond our control once your order has been handed to the Royal Mail. If you are concerned about your order and feel that you have waited too long, first please check your emails in case we are awaiting a response from you before dispatching your order. If there are no such emails in your inbox, then please contact us immediately here and we will remain in corespondance with yourself until the problem is resolved.
If you live within the UK, your order is not considered missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after dispatch. If you live outside the UK, then your order is not considered missing by the Royal Mail until 25 working days after dispatch. If this is the case we will trace your order via the Royal Mail before sending a replacement item. If you have provided us with the correct address; there are no cases in which you will not receive the items you have ordered.
